False Competitor Claims

In November 2011, a website entitled www.preseed-recalls.info was posted by a competitor of INGfertility, the makers of Pre~Seed Fertility Friendly Lubricant. This website contained untrue information including statements that the FDA had initiated a total recall of Pre Isotonic Personal Lubricant.  The author of this site then used social networking sites such as www.dig.com to continue this message and point readers to their website. INGfertility initiated swift legal action and the website was quickly taken down.

INGfertilty issued a letter to it's international distributors, including New Zealand Medical Supplies Ltd, for dissemination around New Zealand wholesalers and retailers advising of this wrongful action. A complete copy of this letter can be downloaded by clicking on the following link:
